We shall be receiving Mrs Irene Tudor into the Church this weekend – congratulations. She has been ably assisted by Sr Gwyn and quite a few others have shown a real interest in drawing nearer to the Church. So, from 1^st September there will be fortnightly talks on the faith at the Convent in Beaconsfield Road. Everyone is more than welcome to come along as we begin our Catecumenate! More details next week.

Relics of St Therese – the Casket will be in the Cathedral of Christ the King, Liverpool, from 3pm on 24^th September to 3pm on 25^th. A minibus will go for Veneratio and the evening mass on 24^th and another for Veneration and the midday Mass on Friday 25^th. See leaflets in the porch or phone the sisters on 830692.

Children’s’ Liturgy – Our Children’s’ Liturgy Group at the Sunday Mass is going from strength to strength, BUT we urgently need more adults to help out in order to comply with strict Child Protection rules. Two adults need to be in attendance at each session so we really need more volunteers to help out.
